Reseller Application Form 

Scan Direct wholesale distribution network is an importer and wholesale
distributor of POS hardware. If you are a reseller that currently does not deal with
Scan Direct and would like to, below is a Reseller Application Form for you to download
to your computer, please complete the entire form and fax to our Credit Department on
(03) 9725-4535 for processing.

When we have processed the form and recognized your firm as a Scan Direct Reseller, we will issue you a password to open the Reseller Price List.

The Reseller Price List contains our Reseller prices for all the products that we carry. Current Reseller's of Scan Direct can send us an E-Mail message or call (03) 9725-4528 to receive the password to download the Scan Direct Reseller price list.

The normal trading terms of Scan Direct are C.O.D. Accepted methods of payment are
Cash, Cheque, Direct Deposit or Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard. If you wish to discuss
the possibility of establishing a Credit Facility with Scan Direct, please contact our Credit
Department on (03) 9725-4528.
